On October 12, 2023, Prime Minister Modi arrived at Jeolingkang helipad in the Pithoragarh district, Uttarakhand, via helicopter, adhering to his planned schedule. From here, he undertook a short car ride, covering approximately one and a half kilometers, leading him to the revered Parvati Sarovar and Shiva Temple atop the Himalayan heights. Here, he offered his devotion to Lord Shiva, a spiritual sojourn that lasted about 25 minutes.
