Acording To Live Law This decision was made by a bench comprising Chief Justice of India DY Chandrachud, Justice JB Pardiwala, and Justice Manoj Misra. However, the apex court ruled that Revanna would not be allowed to receive any allowances as an MP at this time. Still, he retains the right to cast his vote in parliamentary sessions or committee meetings for which he has been nominated.
