Srinagar, 19 September (City Times): Lashkar commander Uzair Khan Killed : The week-long gunfight in Jammu and Kashmir’s Anantnag district has come to an end with the killing of Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) commander Uzair Khan and another terrorist, as confirmed by Additional Director General of Police, Kashmir, Vijay Kumar.   • Operation Clean-Up (April 2019): Launched after the Pulwama attack, this operation resulted in the elimination of the mastermind behind the attack, Jaish-e-Mohammed chief Masood Azhar’s nephew.
