New Delhi, 18 September (City Times): PM Modi Parliament Session Appeal : In anticipation of a special parliamentary session, Prime Minister Narendra Modi called upon opposition parties to set aside the habit of Rona Dhona (constant bickering) and concentrate on what he termed a “short but historic session” of Parliament. He also urged Members of Parliament (MPs) to allocate their ‘maximum time’ to this session.
Setting a Positive Tone for the Session:

I look at this short session like that,” PM Modi said.
Addressing Past Disruptions:
The Prime Minister’s reference to ‘rone dhone’ alludes to the frequent protests and disruptions by opposition members during previous sessions, which often hampered the smooth functioning of Parliament.
Opposition’s Response:
In response to the Prime Minister’s ‘rone dhone’ remark, National Conference (NC) President Farooq Abdullah, a prominent opposition leader, stated that he is pleased the session is being convened and emphasized that he was not “cribbing.”
